Rolex 15200 specs
The Rolex Datejust 15200 is a 34mm stainless steel watch. Rolex made it from 1988 to about 2000. It runs the caliber 3135, an automatic movement with 31 jewels and 28,800 vibrations per hour. Power reserve is about 48 hours. The crystal is sapphire. Water resistance is 100 meters. Lug width is 19mm. The smooth bezel reference is 15200. Fluted bezel versions are 15210 in steel and 15223 in steel and gold.
A replica is a copy. Rolex does not make it. There is no Rolex warranty, no Rolex service, and no resale value against a genuine watch.

Top tier, $450 to $650
904L steel case. Clone 3135 or 2824 movement. Case profile, lugs, and crown follow the original. Cyclops at 2.5x. Dial has raised indices and lume plots. Jubilee bracelet with 19mm end links and solid mid links. Weight is near 105g to 110g on a Jubilee.
Pick first
Buy the mid tier first. A $200 to $350 piece gets the correct 34mm size, correct 19mm lugs, and a sapphire crystal. The entry tier fails on size and magnification. Both faults show at one meter. The top tier adds 904L steel and a clone 3135. On a 34mm case with a plain dial, that gain is small.

- 15200, smooth bezel, Jubilee bracelet. Closest to the mid tier pick.
- 15210, fluted bezel. Check the flutes. Replica flutes are often too wide.
- 15223, two tone. Gold plating of 3 to 5 microns wears through in months. Solid 18k caps do not exist at this price.
- Datejust 36mm 16234. More supply, more movement choices, larger case.
Checks before you pay
- Ask for the case diameter with a caliper photo. Target 34.0mm to 34.5mm.
- Ask for cyclops magnification. Target 2.5x.
- Ask for the movement name and beat rate. 28,800 vph fits a 3135 or 2824.
- Ask for lug width. 19mm is correct. 20mm is wrong.
- Ask about water resistance. Most replicas ship without pressure testing. Do not swim with one.
Limits
Replicas lose value. Rolex will not service one. Customs can seize a shipment. Used genuine 15200 prices run about $4,000 to $6,500, set by dial, bracelet, and box and papers. A replica holds none of that.
